Not gonna lie, the customer service was just okay. It took longer than I expected to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating

I looked through a few product descriptions and they do cover the basics, but compared to other online stores, some of the details felt a little thin. The sizes and materials weren’t always as clear as I’d like, which made it harder to feel confident before buying. The site itself looks fine overall, I just wish the product pages had a bit more info like you see on similar sites.

I thought it was okay overall. When I got it, my first impression was that it looked nice, but after using it for a bit, a few parts felt cheaper than I expected for the price. It’s not a bad product by any means, just didn’t really impress me. I’d probably consider buying it again if it were on sale

I ordered my usual size, but it ended up fitting way too tight, especially around the waist, and just felt kind of awkward overall. I also wish the sizing or fit instructions had been clearer because I definitely would’ve ordered differently. The return process was more of a hassle than I expected too. I ordered from thepalmashop.com and the craftsmanship was a letdown. The first thing I noticed was the rough feel along the edges, especially when I ran my finger over one corner, and the stitching/glue areas looked a bit messy instead of clean and finished.
For the price, I expected something that felt more carefully made. Maybe I just received a bad piece, but mine looked rushed when I looked at the smaller details, and it had more of a cheap feel up close. I wouldn’t order again.

I did get updates, but sometimes they showed up late, so I was just sitting there like an idiot wondering what was going on. Support did answer when I reached out, so I’ll give them that. Overall, it was okay, not amazing, not terrible, just kind of a slow and sloppy experience

I ordered from thepalmashop.com and the packaging was just bad, plain and simple. The box showed up thin, flimsy, and already half crushed, which is not exactly what you want to see when you’re opening something you paid good money for.

There was barely any padding inside either, so the item had clearly been bouncing around during shipping. Some parts looked scratched, and it felt like no one really thought about protecting it before sending it out.

For the price, I expected way better than this. I get that shipping isn’t always perfect, but come on, this felt careless. I’m annoyed, and I don’t see myself ordering again if this is how they pack their stuff.
